This product was prepared from chromatographically pure Protein G. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-Protein G. No reaction was observed against anti-Protein A.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:20,000-1:200,000
Western Blot: 1:10,000-1:40,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
