Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:40 \nFlow Cytometry: 10ug/ml\nAdhesion Blocking: 1-50ug/ml \nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes a human Sialyl Lewis epitope expressed on glyoprotein or glycolipid. Reacts strongly with lung adenocarcinoma and an antigen found in cell membranes and cytoplasm of stomach, colon, breast and ovarian cancers. Reacts weakly with stomach mucosa, normal tissue metaplasia of intestinal epithelium, pancreatic acinar cells, coated epithelium of colon, epithelia of pancreatic and gall ducts, renal tubular epithelium and bronchus gland of lung. No reaction with fat, inflammatory, red blood cells or connective tissues
