SIGIRR acts as a negative regulator of the Toll-like and IL-1R receptor signaling pathways. Attenuates the recruitment of receptor-proximal signaling components to the TLR4 receptor, probably through an TIR-TIR domain interaction with TLR4.
Sequence:
Signal peptide and extracellular domain of human SIGIRR (aa 1-118) are fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1.
Storage and Stability:
Short-term Storage: +4 degrees C
Long-term Storage: -20 degrees C
Working aliquots are stable for up to 3 months when stored at -20 degrees C.
