SIGIRR (Single Ig IL-1-related Receptor, Single Ig IL-1R-related Molecule, Single Immunoglobulin Domain-containing IL1R-related Protein, Toll/Interleukin-1 Receptor 8, TIR8, UNQ301/PRO342) (APC)

SIGIRR is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the IL-1 receptor superfamily. It has a single extracellular Ig-like domain and conserved motifs in its cytoplasmic domain that are characteristic of the IL-1 receptor and Toll-like receptor families.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nFlow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1-2.5x10e5 cells. Validated using human PBMCs.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nFlow Cytometry Protocol:\n1. Cells may be Fc-blocked with 1ug of human IgG/10e5 cells for 15 minutes at RT. Do not wash excess blocking IgG from this reaction.\n2. After blocking, add 10ul of S1013-68G to 1-2.5 x 10e5 cells and incubate for 30 minutes at RT.\n3. Remove unbound antibody by washing the cells twice in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer (Catalog# F4568-10). Note that whole blood requires a RBC lysis step at this point using Flow Cytometry Human Lyse Buffer.\n4. Resuspend the cells in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer for final flow cytometric analysis. As a control for this analysis, cells in a separate tube should be treated with APC-labeled mouse IgG2a antibody. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing Allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
