Single-Stranded DNA Binding Protein 2 (SSBP2)

SSBP2 is a subunit of a single-stranded DNA (ssDNA)-binding complex involved in the maintenance of genome stability.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nPeptide ELISA Titer: 1:32,000\nWestern Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml ~38kD band observed in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 37.8kD according to NP_036578.2).\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
