Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nELISA (Peptide): 1:128,000 (antibody detection limit dilution)\nWestern Blot: 1-3ug/ml. A band at ~90kD is observed in NIH3T3 lysate (RIPA buffer, 35ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour; detection by ECL. Predicted MW of 88kD according to NP_003141.2.\nImmunohistochemistry: 10ug/ml (overnight incubation). Stains mouse thymic medulla and not the cortex.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPeptide Blocking:\nS7971-01M-P\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
