VPS35, otherwise known as MEM3, is a ubiquitously expressed member of the vacuolar protein sorting (VPS) family, and vital component of the multimeric retromer complex, involved in the retrieval of lysosomal enzyme receptors (IGF2R and M6PR) from endosomes to the trans Golgi network.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:32,000\nWestern Blot: 0.1-1ug/ml, observed in human brain cerebellum lysates on ~85kD bands\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
