Wnts are important signaling molecules involved in normal developmental processes as well as some forms of cancer. WNT10A expression has been documented in many cancers, include those of the stomach, colon, breast, bone marrow, esophagus, and blood. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human pancreatic islet Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
