CD33 is expressed on monocytes, myeloid progenitor cells and myeloid leukemias.\n\nApplications:\nImmunoprecipitation\nWestern Blot\nFlow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. \nImmunohistochemistry: (frozen)- 1:50-1:100. Overnight incubation recommended Recommended positive control tissue: lymphatic tissue.\nOptimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.\n\nFusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.\n\nRecommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP, F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate\n\nRecommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
