The human CD59 cell surface antigen is a 18-20kD GPI linked glycoprotein broadly expressed by human leukocytes and erythrocytes.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul\nImmunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:5-1:10\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nHybridoma: \nY3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cells with spleen cells from DA rat.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
