CD69 (Activation Inducer Molecule, AIM, BLAC/P26, CLEC2C, EA1, Early Activation Antigen CD69, Early T cell Activation Antigen p60, GP32/28, Leu23, MLR-3) (FITC)

CD69, otherwise known as AIM/CLEC2C, is a cell surface marker and C-type lectin, which is expressed during the early activation of B and T cells, and also by natural killer (NK) cells, platelets, neutrophils, eosinophils, and epidermal Langerhans cells. CD69 is closeley related to the LY49 NK cell activation marker, and is inducible by mitogens, antigens or activators of PKC on the surface of B and T cells, and also by IL-2/p75 IL-2R interaction on the surface of NK cells.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nFlow Cytometry: Neat; 20ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen sections\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
