CD90 (Thy1.1)

The Thy-1 antigen is found on a variety of cell types including thymocytes, neuronal cells, T-Lymphocytes (mouse), stem cells and immature B cells (rat) and connective tissue.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilutions: \nFlow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.\nImmunohistochemistry: Frozen sections\nOptimal dilution determined by the researcher. \n\nHybridoma: \nNS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. \n\nRecommended Negative Control: \nI1904-78Y: IgG1, Murine Negative Control (For rat tissue)\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
