Cytokeratin 10

AMH is expressed post-natally by immature Sertoli cells, and to a lesser degree by granulosa cells. AMH plays a role in testicular differentiation and in the regulation of ovarian follicle growth. AMH is a member of the TGF beta superfamily. It is secreted as a homodimeric 140kD disulfide linked precursor that is cleaved to release the mature 30kD homodimer.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen, paraffin). Other applications not tested. \n\nRecommended Dilution: \nImmunohistochemistry: 1:50, requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium Citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for this purpose.\n\nHybridoma: \nSpleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0-Ag14 myeloma cell line.\n\nRecommended Positive Control Tissue: \nHuman normal skin\n\nRecommended Secondary Reagents: \nF(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG:HRP\n\nRecommended Negative Controls: \nMouse IgG1 for use in human studies.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
