LRP, MVP (Lung Resistance-related Protein, Major Vault Protein, VAULT 1, VAULT1)

The protein is part of a very large vault ribonucleoprotein complex present in all eukaryotic cells and its structure and protein composition is highly conserved. Because of the size, shape, and protein and RNA composition of this complex the particles are different from other ribonucleoproteins. \n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunohistochemistry: frozen\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nHybridoma: \nSp0Ag-14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. \n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
