MSK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that may play a role in mediating the growth-factor and stress induced activation of the transcription factor CREB. This protein plays an essential role in the control of RELA transcriptional activity in response to TNF. Activity of MSK1 requires the presence of both kinase domains.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:1,000\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze horseradish peroxidase conjugates which could result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
