Biotinylated horseradish peroxidase is produced from extremely pure enzyme preparations. Procedure was chosen so that virtually no enzyme activity is lost during biotinylation. This procedure results in a reagent which provides excellent sensitivity. This product is recommended for use in conventional sandwich techniques employing Avidin D.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
