PPIL3, is a member of the cyclophilin family that catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of peptidylprolyl imide bonds in oligopeptides. It has been proposed to act either as catalysts or as molecular chaperones in protein-folding events. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa1-161 from Human PPIL3, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli.
