BRFF-P4-8F(TM) was designed to grow the immortalized normal prostatic cell line 267-B1. It also supports the growth of certain established human prostatic cancer cell lines such as PC-3. For optimum cell attachment, use FNC Coating Mix(R).

Functional Test:
Specification: Growth of cell line 276-B1 to confluence. One vial containing 1-5x10e6 cells is quick thawed, washed with 10ml of medium, suspended in 10ml of medium and applied to a T-25 flask pre-coated with FNC Coating Mix(R). The culture is incubated at 37 degrees C in a 5.0% CO2 incubator.
