Highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed 14-3-3 proteins regulate differentiation, cell cycle progression and apoptosis by binding intracellular phosphoproteins involved in signal transduction. A novel transcriptional co-activator, TAZ (transcriptional co-activator with PDZ-binding motif) functions as a 14-3-3-binding molecule. TAZ may link events at the plasma membrane and cytoskeleton to nuclear transcription in a manner that can be regulated by 14-3-3.\n\nApplication(s): \nWestern blot. The investigator should determine the optimal dilution for a specific application such as immunohistochemistry.\n\nRecommended Dilution: \nWB: 1:500-1:1,000\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMaintain at +2-8_C for 3 months or at -20_C for longer periods. Stable for 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles\n
