Inhibits nitric-oxide-induced activation of soluble guanylate cyclase (IC50=2microM) in a dose-dependent and reversible manner. It blocks acetylcholine induced vasorelaxation. Also an inhibitor of antigen-induced leukotriene release. Melting Point: 184-185 degrees C Solubility: Dichloromethane Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
