Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degrees C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Additional info: This antibody has been tested by Western blot against a panel of human cell lines. It shows a band at close to the predicted band size of 55kD. However, we have no strong proof of specificity for DNA polymerase mu and so we have made this antibody available as a Fast-Track antibody. Species Crossreactivity: Expected to crossreact with Human (100% identity with immunogen) due to sequence homology. Not yet tested in other species.
