p53 (Cellular Tumor Antigen p53, Phosphoprotein p53, Tumor Protein p53, Tumor Suppressor p53, TP53, TRP53, Antigen NY-CO-13, FLJ92943, LFS1) (FITC)

Human p53 is a tumor suppressor protein which is mutated in many cancers. p53 expression has been linked to apoptosis caused by DNA-damaging agents and may have a role in cell-mediated cytotoxicity.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:50\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
