Stage Specific Embryonic Antigen 3 (SSEA3)

SSEA-3 is expressed upon the surface of human tetracarcinoma stem cells (EC), human embryonic germ cells (EG) and human embryonic stem cells (ES). Expression of SSEA-3 is down regulated following differentiation of human EC cells. In contrast, the differentiation of mouse EC and ES cells may be accompanied by an increase in SSEA-3 expression.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry FACS and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFACS Analysis: 10-20ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
