Often times, multiple samples will be included, differing in the aa sequence used to raise the immune sera. The protein TAO (for thousand-and-one amino acids) encoded by the gene belongs to MAP kinase family. These protein kinases activate p38 mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase cascades in vitro and in vivo by phosphorylating the MAP/ERK kinases (MEKs) 3 and 6. This protein also relay signals through heterotrimeric G proteins to the p38 MAP kinase.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:100-1:1000\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
